How does Parkjet work?

Parkjet network includes ticketed parking locations and premium valet services in various cities. Once you download Parkjet and create your account, you will be able start browsing all available parking spots near your location or destination.

Parkjet app will provide availability, pricing and rating regarding these locations. Once you select your parking spot, Parkjet will help you to get there with Parkjet Easy Navigation.

Once you arrive to a Parkjet parking location, you will be able to access through the gates seamlessly either with Parkjet plate Reader to Parkjet QR Reader. Even if you don’t have Parkjet when you arrive, don’t worry you can simply download the app pay by showing your parking ticket to Parkjet Barcode Reader.

If you prefer to use the Parkjet Valet Service, simply turn your phone sideways when you arrive to the valet location. Valet service providers will be able to read you QR code using their mobile devices and pick up your car.

Is PARKJET available in my city?

Parkjet is only available in Istanbul for now. We will be expanding to Ankara and İzmir very soon. Please complete the below request form to make Parkjet available in your city.

Is PARKJET available internationally?

Parkjet is only available in Turkey now. We fully concentrate on increasing domestic coverage at this moment. Parkjet international expansion strategy will be on executions starting from 2019.

Creating a Parkjet account

Creating a Parkjet account is easy. You can even sign in by using your Google or Facebook accounts. Once you created your account, you can start looking for parking & vale service providers around you.

Payment Methods

Once you created your account, simply take a picture of your credit card using the Parkjet application and confirm your payment method. Parkjet accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Troy. Users can also pay with BKM express option to pay with their BKM online wallets.

Accessing to Ticketed Parking Locations

Once you created your PARKJET account, enter your credit card and vehicle information you will be able to receive seamless access to Parkjet parking locations.

There are several ways to access the parking location

• Parking Ticket: Simply get a ticket from the gate and pay by using the Parkjet ticket barcode reader.
• QR Reader: Sign into the Parkjet application, turn your phone rideways and use your unique QR code for access.
• Plate Reader: If the facility has plate reader functionality, your car will be recognized automatically. Look for the Parkjet Plate Reader logo for this option.
